We are members of ABTA (G8818 and W3334) and our Booking Conditions have been checked and accepted by ABTA. The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 require us to provide security for the monies that you pay for the package holidays booked from our programme and for your repatriation in the event of our insolvency. We provide this security by way of a bond held by ABTA.

The Booking Conditions below are based on ABTA's recommended terms and conditions and form the contract between ourselves (the Tour Operator) and you (our client).

To clarify, we act as the Tour Operator when selling our own Tuscany Too, Tenis Holidays in the Sun and Ski 2 holidays (unless otherwise stated at the time of booking). When you book a holiday through our travel agency RWT, we act as agents for other tour operators and your contract is with that tour operator. We will supply a copy of their Booking Conditions to you at the time of booking.

Please note that if you make any change to your holiday, once you have given us the authority to book it, there are likley to be amendment charges. Generally these increase the closer you get to your departure date and may be up to 100% of the total cost of your holiday. Booking Conditions will detail these charges. You should make sure that you have adequate travel insurance in place to cover you in the event of a change to your travel plans for medical reasons, but please note that travel insurance probably won't cover you if you choose to amend of cancel your holiday for other reasons - e.g pregnancy of one of the passengers or change of emplyment or financial situation for those travelling.

	2010 / 2011 Ski 2 Booking Conditions. These apply as soon as you give us verbal confirmation to book your holiday (even if we have not received payment from you). Cancellation charges will apply should you cancel, or amend your holiday arrangements once you have asked us to confirm them.
	2010 / 2011 Ski 2 Child Creche Profile Form. Please print off one for each child and either post to us, or fax us on 01962 711151.

	When we act as an agent and book a holiday on your behalf through a tour operator, your contract is with that tour operator. We will supply a copy of their Booking Conditions and you should make yourself familiar with these. Cancellation charges will apply should you cancel or amend your holiday arrangements once you have asked us to confirm them.
